At Baskine, we currently ship to customers in the United States only.
Shipping cost
We offer free tracked shipping on every U.S. order.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high order volume.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping location
Baskine currently ships from the United States when available.
Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at support@baskine.com.
If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your package seems delayed, please contact us at support@baskine.com and we’ll help investigate.
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.
