Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your delivery.

My tracking is not updating

Tracking can take a few business days to update after shipment.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us at support@baskine.com and we’ll help check it.

My package says delivered but I can’t find it

Please check:

  • Around your mailbox, front door, building entrance, or reception area

  • With household members or neighbors

  • Your local carrier tracking page
