We want Baskine to feel like a calm, low-risk upgrade to your routine. If it is not right for you, we’re here to help.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in good condition and include the included accessories where possible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns that are heavily used, damaged, unsanitary, or missing important parts.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take several business days to process the refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@baskine.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.
6-month replacement warranty
Your Baskine SoftLift Heated Lash Curler includes a 6-month replacement warranty for normal use.
If your device stops working under normal use within 6 months of delivery, contact us at support@baskine.com with your order number and a short video showing the issue.
If approved, we’ll send a replacement.
Warranty exclusions
The replacement warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage

Water damage

Misuse or improper handling

Lost or stolen items

Normal cosmetic wear

Damage caused by using the product against care instructions
Return shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll help cover the return or replacement process.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
